This is such a versatile salad -- you can add any ingredient you prefer to the peas - the sky is the limit.

Ingredients For green pea salad with lots of crunch

  • 1 pkg
    10-oz. pkg. baby peas, thawed
  • 1 c
    celery, diced
  • 1 c
    cauliflower, diced
  • 1/4 c
    green onion, diced
  • 1 c
    roasted cashews, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    ranch salad dressing

How To Make green pea salad with lots of crunch

    Chop all ingredients celery through cashews and place them in a bowl with the thawed peas.

    Combine the sour cream and ranch dressing well and then gently toss the salad. Serve cold or bring to room temperature just before serving.

    Optional items to add: bacon bits, hard-boiled eggs and feel free to substitute any other nut for the cashews.
