i create this new breakfast casserole recipe,is combine with croissant breakfast sandwich,i made in bread pudding style.

    fresh baked croissants,cut into pieces and separated

    applewood bacon strips
  • 8
    frozen pork sausage patties,thawed and cut them in quartered
  • 8
    large eggs
  • 3/4 c
    heavy cream
  • 2 tsp
    sea salt and black pepper
  • 2 pkg
    (8 ounces) cream cheese,softened
  • 6
    white american cheese slices
  • 2 c
    shredded sharp american cheese,divided

How To Make croissant sandwich breakfast cassarole?

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Coat a 11x8 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

    Add croissant bottom pieces in a prepared baking dish.

    Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes or until are browned.Remove from heat.Grab the bacon with tongs and transfer to a paper towel lined plate,to drain the grease,crumbled and set aside.

    Cook sausage patty pieces in bacon grease over medium heat in 5 minutes or until browned.

    In a large bowl,eggs,heavy cream,crumbled bacon,sausage patty pieces,sea salt/black pepper and cream cheese,whisk together until blended.Set aside.

    Pour half off egg mixture onto croissant bottoms.Layer with white american cheese and 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese.

    Top with croissant top pieces.Pour remaining egg mixture on croissant tops and sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese.
