3 ozlime juice, freshly squeezed

1 ozkumquat juice, freshly squeezed

2 Tbspsugar, or to taste

soda water

twist of lime, garnish

sprig of mint, garnish
How To Make chanh so da (vietnamese limeade)

1Put the juices and sugar in a cocktail shaker. Muddle to crush the sugar.

2Add crushed ice and soda water to taste. Shake well for 10 seconds.

3Strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with the twist and mint sprig.
