Chanh So Da can be found in almost all restaurants in Vietnam. This one is special because it also introduces a bit of kumquat juice. Tart and refreshing, you can adjust the amount of juices and sugar to your taste. Enjoy!

Ingredients For chanh so da (vietnamese limeade)

  • 3 oz
    lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 oz
    kumquat juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar, or to taste
  • soda water
  • twist of lime, garnish
  • sprig of mint, garnish

How To Make chanh so da (vietnamese limeade)

    Put the juices and sugar in a cocktail shaker. Muddle to crush the sugar.

    Add crushed ice and soda water to taste. Shake well for 10 seconds.

    Strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with the twist and mint sprig.
